NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 20, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Eddie Frazier, from Chicago, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) deck department, tests equipment on a rigid hull inflatable boat in Ford's starboard boat stowage area.
