U.S. Marine Cpl. Logan Foster with Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, is sprayed with Oleoresin Capsicum Spray during a non-lethal weapons training course on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 16, 2019. The training encompasses classes in the lawful use of force, M1014 Shotgun qualification, and OC Spray qualification.
