    U.S. Marine Sgt. Neil Bagaoisan with Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, is sprayed with Oleoresin Capsicum spray by U.S. Marine Cpl. Kenneth Read, a non-lethal weapons instructor, with Provost Marshall’s Office, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, during a non-lethal weapons training course on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 16, 2019. The training encompasses classes in the lawful use of force, M1014 Shotgun qualification, and OC Spray qualification.
