The extraction team chief Army Sgt. 1st Class Brett Campbell, with 85th Civil Support Team out of Utah, reaches the semi-conscience victim laying on a cot on the third deck of the USS Duluth vessel during the Kai Malu O Hawaii 2012 annual maritime exercise, April 24, 2012. Campbell assesses the victim by asking questions, and observing the area in which the victim occupied. In this scenario, the victim was drugged, tied up and left on the belly of the vessel by a drug cartel trying to supply Hawaii with methamphetamines.
