Soldiers with 85th Civil Support Team out of Utah; carry an extraction litter aboard the USS Duluth vessel during the Kai Malu O Hawaii 2012 annual maritime exercise, April 24, 2012. This litter is used to remove patients from confined areas while securing them safely in the litter as the extraction team utilizes a rope rigging system to pull them out of harms way.
