Task Force Medical, preventive medicine specialist U.S. Army Pfc. David Poppick, 61st preventive medicine detachment, fills a 10 mL tube with a water sample taken from a potable water source in an Austrian Liaison Monitoring Team house in Multinational Battle Group – West area of operation in Kosovo, Aug. 8.
