A female U.S. military service member in digital camouflage uniform crouches down to interact with a young girl at what appears to be a community outreach or humanitarian assistance event. The soldier is smiling warmly and holding a manila envelope while engaging with the child, who is holding a small pink object. The setting appears to be an open-air community facility with civilians gathered in the background.
