This is a medieval illuminated manuscript leaf featuring Gregorian chant notation (square neumes) on red staff lines, with Latin text in Gothic script. The document appears to be a Gradual leaf from Italy (probably Tuscany), dated to the late 13th century, as indicated by the ICE label in the lower right corner. The leaf is framed and displays liturgical music with psalm references marked in red ink.
