Rod Jacobo, center, commanding officer of the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), converses with the his crew on the bridge during a simulated strait transit while the ship participates in a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) with other U.S. Navy warships.
