Townsend, commander, U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), center, greets foreign liasion officers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) during a visit to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), Aug. 6, 2019. Townsend visited CLDJ to familiarize himself with the CJTF-HOA personnel and mission.
