A U.S. Air Force officer, identifiable by two stars on his cap indicating the rank of Major General, stands at what appears to be a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall during a commemorative ceremony. Multiple military branch flags are displayed behind him, including the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and the American flag. An audience of attendees, many wearing military caps and dark clothing, are seated facing the speaker.
