Erik Thors, commanding officer, Recruit Training Command (RTC), receive a salute from a graduating division during a pass-in-review graduation ceremony at RTC. Hill served as the reviewing officer for the ceremony. Naval Station Great Lakes and RTC hosted Hill for a command overview and facilities tour.
