Jamie Sands, commander, Naval Service Training Command cuts the cake with recruit award winners at a post-graduation reception inside Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC). Hill served as the reviewing officer for the ceremony. Naval Station Great Lakes and RTC hosted Hill for a command overview and facilities tour.
