AGANA, Guam (July 21, 2019) Commanding Officer 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Capt. Steven Stasick, and, Commanding Officer Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, Cmdr. Frank Carroll, ride atop the float they built with their sister city of Barrigada during the 75th Liberation Day Parade. 30 NCR and Barrigada work together on projects benefiting the residents of Barrigada and the Seabees assigned to 30 NCR through the sister village program. This year marks the 75th anniversary of Guam’s liberation from Japanese occupation by United States forces during World War II.
