    AGANA, Guam (July 21, 2019) Sailors assigned to 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, NMCB 4, and Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, pose for a group photo with their sister city of Barrigada in front of the village’s float the 75th Liberation Day Parade. Seabees from 30 NCR and NMCB 133 volunteered to help the village of Barrigada build their Liberation Day float. 30 NCR and Barrigada work together on projects benefiting the residents of Barrigada and the Seabees assigned to 30 NCR through the sister village program.
