A military or special operations personnel is being hoisted or rappelling from a helicopter onto a naval vessel's flight deck. The image is captured from an aerial perspective, likely from the helicopter itself, showing the operator suspended mid-air above the ship's marked landing pad. The ocean is visible in the background, indicating an open-water maritime operation.

190716-N-IA905-1672 PACIFIC OCEAN (July 16, 2019) Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Bruno Ferreria, from Orlando, Fla., is hoisted from the flight deck of the Peruvian ship BAP Tacna (ARL-158) to an MH-60S Seahawk assigned the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). Comfort is working with health and government partners in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to provide care on the ship and at land-based medical sites, helping to relieve pressure on national medical systems strained by an increase in Venezuelan migrants.
