After the change of command ceremony of Combined Task Force 151 Vice Adm. Mark Fox (right) visits the RFA Fort Victoria with Royal Thai Navy, Rear Adm. Tanin Likitawong (left). Established in January 2009, CTF 151 was set up in order to deter, disrupt and suppress piracy, protect maritime vessels and international trade, and secure freedom of navigation for benefit of all.
