After the change of command ceremony of Combined Task Force 151, Vice Adm. Mark Fox visits Royal Thai Navy Capt. Bhanupan Sappraset and Netherlands navy Cmdr. Anthonie Boon of CTF 151 aboard Royal Fleet Auxiliary Fort Victoria. Established in January 2009, CTF 151 was set up in order to deter, disrupt and suppress piracy, protect maritime vessels and international trade, and secure freedom of navigation for benefit of all.
