A military greeting or reception event is taking place outdoors, where an officer in a dark green uniform is warmly shaking hands with and touching the shoulder of an officer in a white military uniform. Several other uniformed personnel in white shirts and dark trousers are visible in the background, along with civilian attendees. The setting appears to be a formal diplomatic or military ceremony, possibly at an embassy or official venue decorated with red and white bunting.
