Oregon Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Bruce Prunk welcomes Gen. Craig McKinley, Director of the National Guard to Portland, Ore., and the 142nd Fighter Wing Headquarters on Sept. 16, 2011. McKinley visit to the Port was to show appreciation for 60 years of partnership between the Port of Portland and the Air National Guard.
