Gen. Craig R. McKinley, the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, recieves a tour of the Port of Portland with Maj. Gen. Raymond F. Rees, Oregon Adjutant General, from Paul Rosenbaum, Port of Portland Commissioner given by the Port leaders to Gen. McKinley on Sept. 16, 2011. McKinley visit to the Port was to show appreciation for 60 years of partnership between the Port of Portland and the Air National Guard.
