Students conduct brief prior to helicopter training during Junior Leaders Training as part of the annual exercise, Peacekeeping Operations-Americas, in Fort Aguayo, Chile, April 4, 2012. More than 80 multinational students are practicing peacekeeping tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure a shared understanding of UN peacekeeping initiatives in South and Central America and the Caribbean. U.S. Army South and the Chilean Joint Staff are co-hosting Peacekeeping Operations-Americas and will focus on the exchange of inter-regional peacekeeping tactics, battalion and company level training and the exchange of information between multi-national and joint forces.
