Members of the Chilean Marine Corps receive a brief prior to utilizing the newly constructed Modern Operations On Urban Terrain (MOUT) Site during the Junior Leaders Training at Fort Aguayo, Chile, April 4, 2012. The MOUT Site is a collaboration between the U.S. State Department's Global Peace Operations Initiative, U.S. Southern Command, U.S. Army South and the Chilean Armed Forces. The MOUT Site will be a used by the Chilean Armed forces for future UN peacekeeping training.
