Aircraft from the French Air Force perform a flyover during the Commemoration of D-Day 75, June 6, 2019, in Colleville-sur-Mer, France. Engineers from the 23d Civil Engineer Squadron visited Normandy to provide structural support for the event by repairing and building bridges that were used to access hard-to-reach areas of a parachute drop zone. As part of the commemoration, parachutists from across the Department of Defense performed the same jumps their predecessors did on D-Day. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Hayden Legg)
