JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 19, 2019) – Lt. Joseph Sapoval, a physician at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Family Medicine Clinic, assesses retired Navy Petty Officer Randy Bedenbaugh’s shoulder. Sapoval, a native of Delaware, Ohio, earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He’s completing his family medicine residency on June 30.
