Gen. James McConville, vice chief of staff of the Army, visited the headquarters of the Pennsylvania National Guard at Fort Indiantown Gap June 25. The purpose of the visit was to meet with Pennsylvania Army National Guard senior leaders and personnel involved with the development, testing, and day-to-day operation of the Army’s new personnel and pay system.
