Cpl. Jordan Freking, a Marine Air Ground Task Force planning specialist with Marine Air Group 14, watches the award ceremony after participating in Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point's 13th annual half marathon Saturday. Frecking placed third in the placed third in the 20 to 24 year-old age category. "I haven't been able to train as much as I would have liked to, due to an upcoming deployment, but I gave it my best shot," he said.
