An open-air construction or staging yard in an arid, flat landscape with large quantities of steel structural members (likely I-beams or H-piles) stacked in rows on both sides of a dirt access road. A flatbed truck and an orange telescopic handler (telehandler/reach forklift) are actively engaged in material handling operations in the middle ground. The site appears to be a large-scale industrial or infrastructure project given the volume of steel materials present.
