A group of individuals are running along a dirt trail in an arid, desert-like environment. The participants include soldiers in US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) with boonie hats and backpacks, alongside a civilian competitor wearing a race bib numbered 1375. This appears to be a military ruck march or memorial march event based on the visible race bib text.
