A U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk with 3rd Infantry Division Aviation Brigade starts up it's rotor prior to take-off for a leaflet drop mission over North Babil province, at Forward Operating Base Kalsu, Iraq, July 28. The purpose of the leaflet drop is to persuade residents of the area not to support anti-Iraqi forces operating in the area.
