    Sergeants major, master gunnery sergeants, first sergeants and master sergeants from the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing came together to discuss pertinent issues facing the Marine Corps during a Sergeants Major Symposium aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 21 and 22. These senior enlisted personnel listened to briefs from subject matter experts concerning new ways senior leadership can remain vigilant and proactive in the prevention of financial and criminal problems.
