YOKOSUKA, Japan – Master-at-Arms Petty Officer 3rd Class Breanna Perry and Master-at-Arms Petty Officer 1st Class Tracy Shaw smile after an awards ceremony at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). At the ceremony, Perry was frocked (advanced to a higher rank) and Shaw received a Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
