YOKOSUKA, Japan – Capt. Jeffrey Kim, U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), gives the 2018 Junior Sailor of the Year Yeoman Petty Officer 1st Class Thomas Mayberry a new command patch after unveiling the design for the first time at a command awards ceremony. Mayberry is among the Blue Jackets/Sailors of the Year and Quarter honorees during Kim’s three-year command of CFAY to receive a patch at the ceremony. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
