U.S. Army Reserve Cpt. Doug Magill, 221st Public Affairs Detachment Commander, 361st Civil Affairs Brigade, Kaiserslautern, Germany, instructs U.S. and NATO Soldiers on media engagement techniques at the Multinational Civil-Military Co-operation (CIMIC) Center (MNCC), Ocsa, Hungary, June 11. The MNCC tracks CIMIC and Civil Affairs assets operating in support of NATO and U.S. Army Europe exercises including Immediate Response, Saber Guardian and Swift Response.
