Marines and sailors with Combat Logistics Battalion 8, 2nd Marine Logistics Group line up their trucks prior to re-fueling at the start of a long-range convoy in Wilmington, N.C., March 12, 2012. The troops drove more than 1,000 miles during a six-day exercise in order to test the battalion’s mission essential tasks, which consisted of basic warrior skills, recovery procedures, distribution and repairs, as well as evacuation techniques and motor vehicle operations.
