    1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division

    Sgt. Nikolaus Curley, COR Technician with the 1/34 Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, from Farmington, Minn., controls an Explosive Ordinance Disposal robot, used for inspecting Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) that have not yet detonated. The newer version of the robot is controlled with a controller for an X-Box game console, an adaptation made by the army to accommodate a younger generation of soldiers. Sgt. Curley is participating in a class focusing on IEDs and is currently deployed to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
