Richard Brown, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP), as he assumes command of SMWDC. Robertson relieved Rear Adm. Dave Welch during SMWDC's change of command ceremony at U.S. 3rd Fleet Headquarters Compound onboard Naval Base Point Loma, becoming SMWDC’s fourth commander.
