Valecia Ross, Army Career and Alumni Program counselor and Ft. Polk, La., resident, talks to Third Army soldiers during a transition briefing at the Zone 1 Chapel March 6. Ross was one of three ACAP counselors to make the trip to Kuwait to educate and inform troops who are leaving Army active-duty status. Attendees included both active-duty soldiers planning on separating from the Army to guardsmen and reservists who are returning home and need assistance finding employment.
