ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 24, 2019) - A rigid-hull inflatable boat, assigned to the Spanish Navy Santa Maria-class frigate ESPS Reina Sofia (F 84), departs the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Atlantic Ocean, May 24, 2019. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its eighth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
