U.S. Soldiers with a rail operations task force, comprising Soldiers with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, 128th Chemical Company and 252nd Quartermaster Company, secure a truck aboard a train May 21, 2019, at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
