General Robert Kilgore, chief of staff of the New York Air National Guard, was honored by The Honorable John Bruso, Erie County legislator, district 8, during a small ceremony recognizing and congratulating his promotion at the offices of Bruso, Lancaster, N.Y., May 20, 2019.
