SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mich.-- Wayne Fetty, retired chief master sergeant and president of the board for the Enlisted Heritage House, addresses the attendees during a dedication ceremony here on May 18, 2019. The ceremony, held at the Enlisted Heritage House, dedicated 109 commemorative paver stones, "The Selfridge Steps," to the community and donors who provided them. The Enlisted Heritage House, former Base Commander housing that stood vacant since 2008, was revitalized and repurposed between 2016 and 2017 and now serves as a recreational and ceremonial facility for the base community.
