190513-N-EH218-1038 GULF OF ALASKA (May 13, 2019) An MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Wolf Pack” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 75, takes off from the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Kidd (DDG 100) while participating in Exercise Northern Edge 2019. Northern Edge is one in a series of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command exercises in 2019 that prepares joint forces to respond to crisis in the Indo-Pacific region.
