U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 288th Quartermaster Company, headquartered in Victoria, Texas, pack up water purification and distribution equipment on the final full day of Vibrant/Guardian Response 19 in Muscatatuck Urban Training Center May 14, 2019. Vibrant/Guardian Response 19 is an annual exercise taking place from April 22 to May 22, 2019, at various locations in Indiana and Michigan.
