    311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command   

    Brig. Gen. Therese M. O’Brien assumes command of the 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command from the outgoing commander, Brig. Gen. Juan A. Ruiz, and becomes the 21st commanding general of the 311th ESC and the first female general officer to assume command of the unit at the Capt. Nelson M. Holderman Hall Army Reserve Center, March 3.
