    Command Sgt. Maj. Ted L. Copeland receives the 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command’s colors form Command Sgt. Maj. Robert N. Roberson, Jr., representing that he is accepting the responsibility of senior non-commissioned officer of the 311th ESC at the Capt. Nelson M. Holderman Hall Army Reserve Center, March 3. Copeland assumed the position from Command Sgt. Maj. Gerald W. Capps, the outgoing senior enlisted listed of the unit.
