Community members walk to view the 14 art pieces along the newly named Martin Luther King Jr. Corridor in honor of Black History Month in Oceanside, Calif., Feb. 25. Since the 14 art displays were installed 11 years ago, two of the pieces went missing and the other 12 sustained weather damage.
The significance of this event is the unveiling of the two missing pieces of art, the refurbishing of the other 12 pieces and the re-enactment of the civil rights era in commemoration of King and Black History Month.
