Chief Master Sgt. Benjamin Waxenfelter and Chief Master Sgt. Fabrizio Ferraro, 911th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron superintendents, stand together during their Chief Induction Ceremony held at the Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania, May 4, 2019. The Chief Induction Ceremony was held to honor Waxenfelter and Ferraro as they reached the highest grade of Air Force enlisted service members. Waxenfelter joined the top one percent of the enlisted tier after 21 years of military service and Ferraro with 29 years.
