Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, untangle a barbed wire roll that will be used on a security wall at the Dispensarie De Caracol. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent are working at the dispensary as part of a subject matter expert exchange to make structural repairs and refurbish the building. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
