Master Sgt. Deena Mullins, reserve component career counselor for III Corps and Fort Hood, briefs soldiers within their last months of active-duty service before their expiration of term of service on existing opportunities and benefits of reserve component jobs. More than 60 soldiers attended the briefing. On average, 45 percent of those who leave active duty in good standing decide to continue service in the reserve component.
